Last week was Tay's hockey camp, we were on a schedule pretty much. Cory woke up and got her ready. They were dressed and out of the house by 7:00. Then he usually stayed to watch her skate her first session before heading back home. We would usually just go find a lunch spot and have just enough time to walk around a little bit before he had to head back on the subway to pick her up at 4:00.
Overall, the camp was a total success! The coaches loved her and were very impressed with her. Plus they loved that she was a California hockey player! Out of the 30 +/- a few girls in her group, they said she was easily in the top 7. Said her attitude was great and the love she has for the game of hockey really shows. She is already planning on coming back next year!
