Celebrated two beautiful girls today!

I woke up to this...
Great bedhead! She must have slept good!!
She slept in a little bit this morning, thank goodness, we have been staying up way to late and I have been dragging ass in the morning. You all know I usually try to get to bed by 9:00, 9:30 at the latest. Well, I haven't been going to bed until after 11! Way too late!! So, I have been paying for it in the morning. The baby will get up at the same time regardless of what time Mama goes to bed. I was thankful for a morning nap, gave me a chance to get in the shower and take more than I quick 5 minute shower. That made me happy.

Day 5. 10:00: A napping baby!
Sleeping away!
I went down to my parents house today for a couple reasons. One was because they were dying to see the girls. It has been way too long since they have seen them. We were sick (remember that) and then they got sick. Then schedules just got crazy, so needless to say, it has been awhile. Another reason was because E's birthday party got cancelled and they wanted to celebrate it. Yes, I know her birthday was almost  a month ago..schedules have been nuts! They bought her a little slice of cake, it was a Strawberry Shortcake cake. So good, not too sweet and not too heavy. We sang Happy Birthday and she got messy. That's what 1st birthday's are all about, right? She opened presents and got some clothes and some books! I was excited about the books, she loves her books:) Also, I was happy because she finally got to wear her Birthday outfit that Tay had picked out for her. So cute. We spent the other part of the day outside, enjoying the 75 degree California Winter weather. Yes, I said it, 75!
My Dad and I, and Penny! He was taking a break from mowing the backyard, I tried to snap a  pic with him too but was not successful!
She loves it outside!

Running.....
Mmmmmm...another birthday cake for me!!!

Sissy helping Sissy with all her new pretties. AKA, beads:)
As I celebrate our little girl, one life. We also celebrated a new life that came into our world. Meet Little Miss Brooklyn!
7 pounds 2 ounces of pure love!!!
This is our dear friends, Ashley and Dustin's newest little bundle! I can't wait to hold her and kiss her!
Pretty Mama and pretty Baby!

Daddy and his new little girl!
Two precious little girls were celebrated today, Emi and Brooklyn. I can't wait until they can play together:) I love little girls and think that they are just the sweetest things ever. She has two great parents as well, and also 3 brothers and 1 sister to look up too. She is the baby of 5!
What a great day it has been! Sad to see the weekend has come to an end though. Monday will be here way too soon. I don't like Mondays. Hoping this week goes by fast! Have a great night Friends!

Another thing I love.

Remember I was saying earlier in the month that February was the month of love, so here is something else I am in love with: my husband and the baby playing! There is just something so overly cute about a dad playing with his daughters....

Awwww...

Teaching Em, "Hands Up!"

E attacking Daddy!

It is sorta funny, my husband works a 48/96. So he works for 48 hours and then is off for 96 hours. It is a pretty nice schedule. He gets a lot of time off to hang out at home. Since I am a SAHM, E is with me all the time. But as soon as her Dad walks in the door I am chopped liver! Ah, I guess I shouldn't complain, it gives me a break!

Day 4. Strangers:
This was a group of boys trying to organize a game to play.
This was the picture that I posted to Instagram. I was assuming that it was a father and his two sons, they were deciding on what to eat for dinner. KFC was the deciding vote. Such dudes!
Another stranger story. I was sitting in my car at Rite Aid the other day and I look over two parking stalls over, I swear it was my grandma. For those who don't know my grandma passed away right before Thanksgiving last year. From my car it looked just like her. I had to take a picture! She was just sitting there with her husband, eating her ice cream, my grandma loved her sweets too! This made me smile...
Grandma Faye

I know hard to see since I was having to go through another car!

I think of her everyday, and see things that remind me of her often.

Well, I am off. E is taking a nap, which means I may actually get to shower, and maybe more than a 5 minute shower:) It's the little things people, the little things that make me happy!

Have a great day!!

Finally getting time...

Finally, I get time to sit and blog. It feels like forever since I have had a chance to catch up! It seems like when my husband is home I get less time to sit at my computer. So here is my catch up type of entry...

So, for those of you on Instagram you know that the #febphotoaday has been going around. I decided to jump on the bandwagon, I mean everyone is doing it, right? The peer pressure:)
I will post the pictures here also for you to follow along. If you are not on Instagram...do it..do it now!

Day 1. Your view today:
The view of our community park, I jog, baby sleeps!

Day 2. Words:
T is going to Disneyland next week for a job well done at her hockey tournament!

Day 3. Hands:
My hand as I push the jogger, yes, with a sleeping baby!

So what else have the Freestone's been up to? A lot of playtime! E hasn't been napping very well, I am sure it is because she doesn't want to miss anything! She is so nosey:) She will sleep here and there, but no long naps. I guess I am ok with that since she still goes to bed at a decent time. Here are my pics to bring you up to date today...enjoy!
In and out. In and out.

Getting so big!

At Sissy's hockey practice...

I got some great coupons in the mail from target for pouches...she loves pouches!

And so it starts....

February. It is the month of love, right? Well, let me tell you about my love. My best friend. My husband. Sure we had our ups and downs, what relationship hasn't?! But our marriage is strong and full of love, hugs, kisses, and lots of laughter! We have made two beautiful girls and look forward to one more added to the Freestone Clan! Here are some pics of me and my old man:)

I love this man, and love how much he loves me back. I get to stay home full time and take care of our girls, staying at home and being fully in their lives, to me there is nothing better for them. I feel so lucky to have married such a wonderful, caring, and adorable man. I look forward to forever with him and can't wait to see what the rest of our lives brings!!!

I hope all other married couple are as happy as I am!!!
